What are the benefits of the Elite plan?

Free Home Delivery: We usually charge Rs 35 for scheduled delivery (fixed delivery slots) and Rs 50 for express delivery (within 120 mins). Elite customers enjoy free home delivery on order value more than Rs 149 on the scheduled delivery and pay just Rs.15 for express delivery. So, if you are an elite customer and you order four times in a month, you will end up saving Rs 140 on delivery charges. Up to 10% Off for Elite Customers: As an Elite customer, you will enjoy discounted pricing always! Get up to 10% off on every purchase at our website/app/retail stores. Elite Members usually purchases for Rs. 2000 to Rs.4000 every month with us and tend to save up to Rs.300-400 every month Considering free delivery chargers and up to 10% off, an Elite customer will end up saving up to Rs 500/- in a month if he/she orders once a week.

For what duration is the subscription plan?

Subscription plans are available for 1 month, 3 months, and 6 months.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my membership duration with different plan?

No, if you have already subscribed to some plan, you cannot upgrade or downgrade to any other plan. Once your existing membership expires you can renew your membership with the new one.

Can I cancel the Elite subscription at any time?

There is no cancellation available for the subscription once it is activated. There is no refund or cashback, once the payment is made.

How do I renew my TenderCuts Elite membership?

You may renew your TenderCuts Elite membership by logging on to www.tendercuts.in / TenderCuts App and clicking on the Renew Plan button on the TenderCuts Elite page. Alternatively, you may renew it in the CART CHECKOUT section while placing a new order.

What are the discounts and offers I get?

What are the conditions for free delivery?

Elite customers will get the delivery with zero delivery charges with a minimum bill value of Rs.149 or above. Please note that we allow only one Free delivery per day per Elite member. From the second delivery onwards on the same day, delivery charges will apply. If you place two orders, one for today and one for tomorrow, then both will be eligible for Free Delivery, subject to a minimum bill value of Rs. 149 for each order.
